I'm working on a build for my dracolyte and this is my idea. Any suggestions?

NOTE: For everyone who says to get sure strike emblem and bandolier, and spam crits, NO. I want to use the death defying vial so I can survive, vampiric emblem to leech HP back to full (you only get 30% HP back with this vial), also using prowling shadow for this, and arcane emblem to increase damage so I can leech more with vampiric emblem and get a damage burst. Also, I am too poor for even 1 ToW, so how can I amass enough fragments to get the sure strike emblem..?

I am a lv27 Candy Barbarian with 6372 Power Rank, and I have a Stinging Curse stellar gem.
Even though I am mainly a health build, but I do have some physical damage build items and gem.
My normal hit does about 40k~50k dmg, and crits deal around 140k-150k depends on the gears i am wearing.
However stinging curse gem does like 1307 dmg for each tick, 1307!!! What a complete useless piece of turd.
For anyone who are planning to get this gem, just DON'T. It is complete useless.
There have been posting about this problem two month by now and Trion still haven't fix it.
Some of the posting is about how it does not scale with magic dmg, that is a problem too, but this gem is just completely unusable by ANY classes, PD or MD.
DON'T get this gem, just don't.
