Problem Trying to restore mac, used disk utility to make backup image.dmg, now won't create 'imagescan' to boot from it. I heard online that Mac will make a.dmg backup, but will not boot from an external 2.0 hard drive (even though it has been formatted for mac.). I ran into the same issue where after the initial installation, FS1 was not recognized in the VirtualBox UEFI shell. Turns out I had checked the SSD option in VirtualBox for my virtual hard drive, and the drive was formatted as APFS, which the VirtualBox EFI BIOS does not yet support.

I get an error after 'Modifying NetBoot Volume'. This is on 10.11.4. I installed and tried AutoNBI on Yosemite and it completes properly.

Hello friends,

Can anyone please help me out from this problem. I can not create datastore from visible LUN. ESXi version is 5.1 The error I am getting is
“Call 'HostDatastoreSystem.CreateVmfsDatastore' for object 'ha-datastoresystem' on ESXi 'XxXxx' failed.

Operation failed, diagnostics report: Unable to create Filesystem, please see VMkernel log for more details: Function not implemented”

I have tried with several procedure but still getting the same error. Apex legends damage world record. Listed below my procedure

  1. dd to clear partition tables on the san disks from ESXi console
  2. partedutil to remove and clear disk partition tables (GPT to MS-DOS) on the san disks from ESXi console.
  3. disable VT-d from server BIOS
  4. disable storage hardware acceleration from advance settings
  5. Install customized ESXi for HP
  6. Apply ESXi latest Patch on the System (1881737)
  7. To test SAN storage, we install Redhat Linux test basis and visible LUNs and able to create ext4 file systems.
